The Telegraphics ICO file format plug-in for Adobe Photoshop has been around since roughly 2005 and remains the premier method for reading and writing ICO files. Unfortunately, it came to my attention that the download link for this plugin was no longer available so since this plug-in is distributed under the GNU license, I decided to provide both a download link as well as a PowerShell script which finds the appropriate directory and downloads the plug-in into that folder.

Program FIles\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC\File Formats
